Yes, I know I have a fetish for food pictures and pie. This is an apple pie, baked by my friend one late night. I tried to get him to cut one slice that was 1/2 ? radians for me, but apparently he thought I was getting to large a piece already :(.

So that slightly-smaller-than 1/2 ? radians was all I got. That said, apple pie + ice cream + loads of custard cream = Win for a midnight snack. Gotta get the recipe from him.

p/s: for those who do not know what 1/2 ? radians is, it’s simply 90 degrees - or in the case of this pie, one quarter of it (oh shut it, I know I AM greedy)

Pardon me for being pedantic but 90 degrees = pi/2 radians not 1/2 radian. From the image it looks like you had about 1 radian of pie which (as I understand it) is 1 radius measured around the circumference of the circle or in this case the pie.

Actually, he did put pi/2 radians on the description — its just that the pi symbol got replaced by a ‘?’ sign.

Little Jonny jumped up yelling “Teacher! Teacher! Pie are NOT square! Pie are round! Cornbread are square!”
