Math Awareness Month

Ok, so its April. And I’m still slacking behind in posting new Math-Arts. But today’s post is an announcement.

April 2008 is Math Awareness Month, and the theme is Math and Voting. Quite apt, seeing that this year, Americans are going to vote for a new president anyways.

In lieu of this theme, there is a new voting feature on Math-Art.net. Basically, if you like an article, please do vote it up! The voting function is on the sidebar. If you like it, press the Green UP button. If you don’t like it, press the red DOWN button!

p/s: to my loyal readers who expect updates, I’m very very very sorry. But here’s a list of essays on Math and Voting that might keep you occupied for a while (economists - read the Andrew Gelman article!). I will be returning to post updates frequently soon
