Pacman Piechart

Ahhh.. after days of uninspiring mathematics and statistics, I’ve decided to update this poor ignored blog (which also kinda shows, since these few days the quality of math arts posted is uninspiring).

Today isn’t so much of a math-art, but rather, a humorous take on statistics and data visualization, and is a brainchild of Michael Ott. There are more than just the pacman piechart on the site, so do visit and check out the Death Star one.

Today’s post is just to let off some steam. When you start working with statistics with very strange distributions, you sometimes need to let off some steam, eh. So there.
