Consciousness as a Strange Attractor

Remember Krytyna Laycraft who made the absolutely wonderful Strange Attractor artwork? Well, today, I’m featuring another of her beautifully charming pieces of art.

Today’s piece is called Consciousness as a Strange Attractor. According to her, it

…expresses dynamics of creation of new idea. Consciousness is constantly changing process, and exhibits periods of more or less regular oscillations, and periods of chaotic activities. The ability of a system to move in and out of chaos gives it a creative advantage. This is my first painting in the series of “Attractors” and I painted it during a preparation of lectures about creativity.

On a side note, I apologize for not posting in such erratic frequency. I’m actually quite busy, so as such, I’m looking for someone to help me out with the updating of this site. Anyone?
