Minor nit: Polyhedra is plural, singular is polyhedron. So "simple polyhedra like cubes..." rather than "simple polyhedras like cubes" ("polyhedras" occurs in several places). Same with "tetrahedra" - the singular is tetrahedron.

Have you done much origami? It might help with learning how to do the folding.
