A Simple Mandelbrot

A Simple Mandelbrot

Today’s math art is just a plain simple mandlebrot fractal. Nothing spectacular here. I generated it in ChaosPro. I think I mentioned this fractal program is free on one of my older posts.

If anything, a simple, plain mandlebrot is a good cause for one to know that even simple things can be very pretty. Granted, it’s not as nice as the other things I made, but then again, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.

This picture has cemented my belief that there is art even in the simplest of things. This is the plainest, most simple, most basic Mandelbrot set, and I’ve found an image that I like.

Even from this set, it is easy to see the self-similarity of the picture. Makes you wonder about the human mind. Is our mind self-similar with our bodies?

Oh well.
